Juicy, savory, sweet, and spicy! Peach Salsa is a perfect sweet-hot garnish to enjoy with tacos, grilled meats, and fish. Just ripe peaches, tomato, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and lime! Delish with crispy tortilla chips!

- 3 medium peaches
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 small jalapenos
- 1/4 wedge red onion
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (Morton's)
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and dice the peaches. You should have about 2 cups.
- Dice the tomato to equal about 1/2 cup.
- Trim and deseed the jalapenos. Finely dice to equal 1/4 cup (or more to taste).
- Finely dice the red onion to equal 1/4 cup.
- Finely chop the cilantro.
- Juice the lime.
- Combine all the ingredients, plus the salt, in a medium bowl. Toss until combined.
- Cover and store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
