Description

A creamy, dreamy homemade Caesar dressing with no raw eggs and no anchovies. It's bright, lemony, and garlicky! Plus, everything gets stirred together in a measuring cup. Yes, it's that easy!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Whisk together the mayo, oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and black pepper in a measuring cup or small bowl. Sprinkle in the cheese and stir again.

2. Taste and adjust seasonings. To thin the dressing, add 1 teaspoon of water and stir.
