Description
Cool, creamy, and delicious! Frozen Yogurt Bites are easy to make and even easier to eat. Greek yogurt, tahini, and maple syrup get stirred together and frozen before being dunked into melted chocolate. Sprinkle on a little flaky salt and toasted sesame seeds for crunch.

Scale
- 1 cup thick, unsweetened Greek yogurt (such as Fage)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped 70% dark chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon olive or grapeseed oil
- Garnish: flaky salt and toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Stir together the yogurt, tahini, and maple syrup in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Use a #40 scoop (1 and 1/2 Tablespoons) to portion out individual bites and place on the prepared sheet. Using this size scoop, I get exactly 11 yogurt bites. Place the sheet on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Combine the dark chocolate and oil in a small microwavable bowl. Melt for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave again for 30 seconds or until melted.
- Using two forks, dip the frozen yogurt bites into the melted chocolate to coat. Place back on the parchment lined sheet and immediately sprinkle with flaky salt or sesame seeds. Repeat with the remaining bites. Store covered in the freezer.
- When ready to eat, leave at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the yogurt to soften slightly (it will be rock hard when frozen).
