- 1 Tablespoon milk, any kind
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener (like simple syrup or maple syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream, milk, sweetener, and vanilla into a tall mug or shaker.
- Whisk the mixture with a handheld frother for one to two minutes, just until the mixture thickens. It should be silky and thick but still pourable.
- Pour or spoon the cold foam over your favorite coffee or tea.
