Description

Make it at home! This Cold Foam Recipe is perfect for topping iced coffee or tea, shakes, and flavored milk. Four ingredients are all you need: heavy cream, milk, sweetener, and vanilla. Plus, it can be made dairy-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream (regular or non-dairy)
  • 1 Tablespoon milk, any kind
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener (like simple syrup or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, milk, sweetener, and vanilla into a tall mug or shaker.
  2. Whisk the mixture with a handheld frother for one to two minutes, just until the mixture thickens. It should be silky and thick but still pourable.
  3. Pour or spoon the cold foam over your favorite coffee or tea.
