- 1 oz whiskey
- 1 oz St Germain or other elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 6 to 8 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Add 5 ice cubes to a tall glass. Pour whiskey, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice into the glass.
- Tip in ginger beer and stir with a bar spoon (a chopstick works, too).
- Sprinkle six to eight dashes of Angostura bitter over the drink. They will gradually seep down into the drink. Sip and enjoy responsibly.
