- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup milk, any kind
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 Tablespoon simple syrup or pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Place banana, milk, water, and sweetener in a blender. Blitz until smooth.
- Best used right away. Store leftovers in the fridge, but be aware that the liquid and solids will separate (just stir to re-combine).
