- 3 cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup toasted walnut pieces
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pour the chocolate chips and olive oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir with the tip of a chopstick or skewer. Put back in the microwave for 30 more seconds and stir again. Repeat until the chocolate is just barely melted when stirred. It should be glossy and smooth.
- Toss in the mini marshmallows and walnuts, then stir with a spatula until everything is coated. Pour into the prepared pan into an even layer.
- Allow to cool and set until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Set the pan uncovered in the fridge to speed things up.
- Once firm, cut into logs or bite-sized pieces.
