Description

Refreshingly sweet and tangy, this Grapefruit Coconut Paloma Mocktail is also zero-proof!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave (or other sweetener)
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 to 6 ounces La Croix coconut sparkling water
  • lime or grapefruit slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Salt the rim of a rocks glass by rubbing the rim with lime juice or water, then dip it into coarse salt to coat the rim. Set aside.
  2. Tip the grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and ACV into a cocktail shaker. Add 3 to 4 ice cubes, cover and shake until cold, around 20 seconds.
  3. Add 3 to 4 fresh ice cubes to the prepared glass, then strain the drink into the glass.
  4. Top off the drink with sparkling water and garnish with lime slice.
