Gorgeously bright, this Blood Orange Simple Syrup makes mocktails and cocktails more delicious and colorful!

- 3/4 cup monkfruit with allulose (or granulated white sugar)
- 3/4 cup fresh blood orange juice
- Peel of 1 blood orange, colored part only
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally so the sweetener completely dissolves.
- Remove from the heat and cover. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the syrup into a clean mason jar. Cover and keep in the fridge up to 3 weeks.
